A Stitch in Haste

A Stitch in Time Saves Nine...But Haste Makes Waste

Another Chinese Dog Holocaust
(Why aren't you reading this at the new website?)

Barbarians:
Dog owners in a Chinese city have been ordered to hand over their pets so they can be destroyed.

The authorities want to slaughter them as part of an ongoing fight against rabies.

Residents of the Wanzhou district of Chongqing have until March 15 to surrender their animals.
...
According to the media, there have been three cases of rabies in the area in the past year — one of them fatal.
Remind me again how China is undergoing an "economic miracle"? One would think that such an economy could afford some rabies vaccine.

Three cases of rabies triggers a mass annihilation?

Such is not the thought process of civilized, or sane, leaders.

But it is business as usual in China.

Barbarians.
